Opelika, AL September 15, 2005 - The Crypt Custom Cycles of Opelika, AL is proud to offer their new anatomically correct, solid titanium frame skeleton custom motorcycle and accessories. These new bikes will feature a skeleton that is a structural component of the frame. The Crypt’s John Farr stated, “The skeleton is the top half of the frame. It isn’t bolted on or there for decoration. Its backbone is the frame’s backbone. The leg bones are the frame’s legs.” The use of titanium in the frame’s construction allows for great strength and low weight. The frame can be built to customer specs within the confines of the skeleton, and is currently offered only as a rigid. The skeleton bikes can be set up for just about any drive train configuration and tire size. The rear fender/cowling houses the gas tank, oil bag and electronics, and can be configured for solo or two up riding, with or without airbags. With full machining and metal casting capabilities, The Crypt can create custom parts from customer’s ideas to incorporate into a skeleton bike, or for any stock or custom bike.
